Thawing frozen breast milk

Hi community! I was wondering how to thaw frozen breast milk. I would like to know the best way to thaw breast milk for use on the next day. Currently, I'm using thawing breast milk by putting the bag into water and leaving it in the fridge. Is that way safe for baby? Thank you!

Thaw overnight at fridge bah. If not thaw 4 hours before the next feed at kitchen table top. I feel breastmilk can defrost quite fast at room temperature.

I put it into the fridge for thawing and warm it up whenever ready to feed baby.. I make sure the ones left for thawing will be used within 24 hours.

I left it in fridge overnight. But sometime, still hv some shaved ice in milk, but once warm up, is fine

I thaw by just leaving it in the refrigerator overnight & use it within 24hours of it thawing :)
