Be it baby led weaning or traditional weaning, do I decrease their milk intake before food?

Baby will still need milk when they start weaning. As solid food becomes a dominant part of baby's life, he or she will naturally start to drink less breast milk or formula. Usually the night feed will be the first one to go when baby starts eating solids.

There is no need to decrease, u can feed as per normal, the only difference is the feeding time maybe different. As it'll drag a bit or more of time before baby have their next milk feed.
