I did shower and wash my hair with TCM herbal warm water and use hair dryer. but not everyday,I try to limited once every 3 days.
yes. for hygiene reason as I was breastfeeding. and I used those herbal bath. I only wash my hair once every 4 days or so.
I showered and washed hair as per normal every day, didn't use the herbal bath either. Honestly I feel perfectly fine.
