Hb low

Hi alls, i pregnant in 19weeks, and my HB LOW around 10.5 i guess, and nurse minta i makan ubat zincofer tu 2 biji sehari. But i cant eat ubat zincofer sebab dia buat i mual dan muntah. Anyone have suggestion for naik kan HB i tu balik ?

Try find this in pharmacy., take this and no need to take obimin and zincofer coz this is replacing for those two., it's also chewable and the taste is really nice like u eat choco milk candy., i've already consult with a doctor and it's really qualified and doctor said i no need take any zincofer or obimin more., my hb always 13.7., if u not confident try ask ur doctor.,
