I went to kk and doc request the nurse to suck out baby mucus. 1 to 2 days my baby recovered. Or you can buy suction of baby mucus at any baby shop. Buy the want that have string that parents can help to suck out the mucus. This was recommended by kk nurse. I was sad and I ask them is there anyway I could do. This is wat they told me. U can try.
I actually use the SanteCare Breathe Easy patch (Guardian/Watsons). Stick it on the clothes near the collar line (so it doesn’t come in contact with my girl). Has essential oils (inc. eucalyptus) that helps clear the nose a bit and really helps her breathe better at night).
I use young living essential oils at night to help my bb breathe better. Lots of spraying of sterimar and taking out of the mucus out of the system. If need be, zrtec drops :)
