3.5mo caught flu

Hi mummies my LO is having cough and runny nose. The cough seems to be dry. I use sterimar but not sure if i use it correctly, the mucus getting watery but not like in those video, totally out She cannnot really breathe now. So poor thing. Not sure how she got the virus as well. pd say no meds only ask me to try wash use sterimar

Hi mummy, can try buying happynoz patches to help w breathing at night! My LO too had bouts of runny nose/blocked nose. Try to suction before sleep, dont on the aircon and use the patches, it helps my LO sleep more comfortably

Have you tried nose suction? I use the battery operated kind, it helps to relieve the babies when mucus is out.

can suggest which suction to buy? my LO always have blocked nose 🐽
