Bacaan gula puasa dan minum air gula.

Hye, baru je selesai MOGTT hari ni and dah dapat result. Untuk rujukan mommies yang baru nak MOGTT ini bacaan sekarang ye. Bacaan darah puasa(normal) - 4.1(kebawah) 2 Jam selepas Minum Air Gula - 7.8(Kebawah) P/s bergantung kepada klinik masing-masing. Ini sekadar rujukan semasa.

GDM result..

Hye mommies korang pernah ada pengalaman tak,, bila ujian minum air gula tu bacaan darah pertama tinggi sedikit berbanding bacaan darah kedua? Blood masa puasa : 5.4 after minum air gula(2jam) : 5.2 which is masa march last year doctor cakap everything is ok.. x GDM pun.. and saya tukar tempat beklinik, masa 28 weeks minum lagi sekali and kali ni normal.. 4.8 selepas itu 5.9 but, doctor kat tempat baru tu tiba-tiba bagi tahu yang saya ini GDM.. what? sy cakap xda di bagi tahu mcm tu sebelum ni.. and guess what he say?? bacaan telah berubah.. sejak bulan 5 or bulan 6 hari tu.. haihhhh hati sy dah panas.. dah tetiba la pula doctor tu guna pakai ujian pertama tu.. Alkisahnya sy kena serah diri pada hari due date.. and induce.. am ok with induce sebab masa keguguran hari tu mmg dah rasa induce ni.. sampai sekarang saya masih x puas hati ? Dan selepas bersalin kena lagi ujian Gula sekali lagi, and semuanya normal.. kali ni lain doctor yg sy refer.. and dy terkejut, why sy di tulis GDM padahal sy x kena GDM pun.. dy terkejut lepas periksa buku klinik saya. hmmmmmmm.. xapalah nasib baik semuanya telah selamat.

Ujian Tiroid.

Hye mommies, I dah fua kali buat ujian tiroid, and still no gatif. But 1 of my friend yakinkan I yg mmg I ni ada tiorid... Stress sangat do ngan but nda ni, I dah bagi tau doc I mmg ada symptom tiroid tu, bila darah d ambil result tetap sama.. tiada apa2 hmmmm asal I demam je timbul semua symptom tu. Aihhhh I just rasa sangat stress..

What ur 'happy pill' to maintain your HB during pregnancy?

At first trimester, my HB was at the 'Good' level.. 12, every visit to clinic.. But, at the 2nd tri my HB dropped to 10.6 and my nurse who taking care of me, wrote te number in red pen.. OMG, so strict this one.. hmm.. obimin, zinc copper, iberet was not really work on me on that trimester.. Some one suggest me the Shaklee product.. the pregnancy set, and Alhamdulillah my HB become normal again, and my last HB reading was 16.. thats it.
