What kind of learning tools (toys or books etc) for my 13 month old daughter? I want her to pick up words and understand colours, since she loves Lego toys.

How about those flash cards with words and pictures on them? You can use those during playtime and hone both her comprehension and memorization skills.

My daughter is 10 months old. She has not started to crawl. What should I do?

No worries ! Every baby develops differently . My younger daughter crawled at 10 months+ , learn stand & walk at 14 months . I used to be like you very worrying . Now I wish she don't walk . HAHA

I have just moved into my new place for about a week. We have decided to stay for 4 days at our own place and 3 days back at in laws place so that its nearer for the kids to commute to the school and also still able to spend time with the grandparents. However after trying out for one week, it seems like the kids are having difficulty sleeping for the first night at each place. Is this a bad idea for 21 months old? Should I just stay at one place?

i am aware that kids do throw tantrums. I am just wondering will i spoilt him when he start to throw tantrum when didnt get the stuff he want and i will just buy for him just to stop his tantrum? how do i get rid of the tantrum by not following what he want?

We adopted reward system; make him work hard for his rewards. Otherwise they were felt that everything came by so easily. I will just let them cry till they stopped and talked to him after that.

i bought those normal school bag from bookshop. cheap and good. cos i know my children always drag their bags on floor whenever they wanna get out of school. at least if spoilt, i wont feel heart pain. hee...
