Any mummy use ikan bilis to cook porridge. May i know how you prepare abd type. If possible can show me the picture. So confused

How to wash blueberries that is to be Fed to a 9 month old baby? I read that it's full of pesticides but no idea how to remove them without destroying the fruit. TIA

Baking soda does the trick. You can also peel off the skin. I always peel off the skin of all fruits even if they are organic.

LO usually poo twice a day average but for the past Two days there's no poo and only once today. LO is 9 mths old.. is there something wrong?

My lo 10mo have been having phelgm for almost a mth. Whenever she coughs i can hear the thick phelgmy sound. Prior to this she also gets a cold almost ev mth since she goes to the ifc. The med doesnt help with the phelgm so this round i only gave prospan and again it doesnt help. Just wondering if it is ok to have prolong cough w phelgm? As she seems ok but some of her coughs she will stick out her tongue like trying to catch her breath. Other than that she is all well and active and feeding well. Sometimes really worried she may get bronchitis....n worried i cant identify its symptoms

Try to bring her to you guo at Kembangan. They helped my baby when she had prolonged cough

When is a good time to wean LO off from milk bottle when drinking milk ? Currently he is drinking 300ml per feed. I'm thinking of transiting him to cup soon for milk feed..my LO is 16 months old. He drinks water from cup but quantity not so much like milk.. so I don't know if it will work out fine

I myself was still using bottle at 7yrs old when drinking milk ;p

My baby started on solids last month. She recently strains when she is going to poop. Her poop is not in pallet form, but quite dry. She cried when pooping yesterday night. We realised that there is blood. Should we monitor first or bring her to see a doctor?

Hi,my boy is 10months old but doesn't like to drink plain water and he does not like to drink from cup and straw cup,im very frustrating I tried all methods but it does not seems to work,is there any simple yet easy way to guide him,almost giving up...sad mummy ?
