Your body is now using energy for two, literally! Growing a new life is exhausting work and changes our body in so many ways, you'll get more tired easily so do rest more. Sleep whenever you can and try not to stress yourself out, a good practice would be to always have an umbrella, water bottle and some light snacks as well as quick energy boost like Ribena or a energy bar in your bag everywhere you go so you can manage if you feel dizzy/light headed :)

You have a baby inside you growing bigger Everyday. This will definitely take its toll on you and your body. Hence it is normal to feel tired and lethargic and sleepy a lot. My baby used to be active at night kicking and moving inside till early morning. So I slept earlier at night and wake up once my baby started getting active

Maybe you can on some music to help you sleep better? For the 1st 3 months, your body is adapting to new changes. If you feel uncomfortable, do pls consult your gynae.

Same! But depends on individual. Definite most pregnant ladies will feel tired but regards to whether morning or night its more on own body and hormones.

Me too. Some days it gets pretty bad. Can't sleep at night & feel very tired in the morning. don't have the energy to drag myself to work.

Your body is working very hard for 2 persons instead of 1 now, take it easy :)

It's normal ... sure to feel tired with a growing baby inside. Hang on!!

Perhaps its our hormones thats affecting all this mood swings...

It’s absolutely normal! Hormones can make us feel funny!
