Tired! Cant sleep
Cant seem to fall asleep at night and always sleey in the morning i need some remedies for this. 13 weeks pregnant 😣
Are you working from home or SAHM? Try awake early, go for a light walk like 15-20mins ( if u have no more more morning sickness etc ) , read books, try occupy yourself in the day. Also Try not to overthink a lot. 2nd trim onwards can do some light stretching at home or if u keen, can sign up for prenatal yoga class /via online? Or have a cup of Warm milk & find some relaxing music before sleep.
