Leafy and green vegetables! I have blood deficiency so I get anaemia really easily if not taken care well. You can also consider bringing along an emergency kit wherever you go - umbrella, water bottle, some light snacks, spare change, a snack/drink that had immediate energy boost (usually a granola bar or a sweet drink like Ribena) etc! Helped me a lot when I have to be out alone :)

any green leafy vegetables will do but its best if u can eat chicken liver or animal organs. thats what my nurse told me.but if u hate both then maybe u can get iron supplements. my nurse also told me iron should be taken with vitamin c.

I had anaemia when I was younger and was underweight. My doctor recommended spinach and other dark green leafy vegetables like kale, mustard greens etc. These veggies are high in iron which is necessary if you have anaemia.

I have low blood as well. I try to ensure intake lots of leafy vegetables. Hydrate and I also have glucose in my bag always ready.

you may eat chicken soup(foot part), spinach, chicken liver and also clams 👍🏻👍🏻☺️☺️

Vegetables - dark leafy green types If you have orange juice with red meat it helps absorb iron

Red Spinach 🤤 a chicken’s heart 😅 and some that icy or juicy cold....maybe?? 😂

Yess..the more red the spinach..it contains vitamin..😃

pumpkin leaf, if in Nigeria. Then spinach if outside Nigeria.

bittermelon/bittergourd or talbos ng kamote
