usually i remove the skin to make a nice fish stocks wer i add some ginger, celery, spring onions and garlic. cook it for 45min then i throw away and start to add vegetables and fish slices. fish skin has a very good and healthy oil. you can try.

Used to remove but now my Son is 2 y o n shows interest in eating the skin so I gave it to him too.. he will specifically says he wants it as well.. n the fish stall Uncle says it's gd to eat skin .. so why not
It depends how old is your LO is. I will cook with the porridge and just give my LO the meat. The skin has some good oils,
i remove it. sometimes never clean properly will leave fish scale
