Baby’s dry skin

Hi mummies. My little one has dry skin and red patches - I am so worried and keep wondering why is it like this - is it the detergent? Moisturiser? Soap? Etc Any mummies with recommendations on how to help baby with such sensitive skin? :( Pls do share the brands and products you use, medicine you use! You might want to try SebaMed baby product for body, lotion, shampoo. It can be due to weather that baby's skin dry. Or you can also try baby powder lotion from Kodomo. In hot weather you can use loose clothes or material like bamboo fiber/max kool. Also if you are using swaddle try to use the linen type of swaddle.
