Paracetamol does not work for me. Make sure u hydrate urself by drinking enough water. And slp early. I will apply medication oil to my temple, back neck, back ear, and just bear with it for the headache to subside by itself. To prevent, try to shower ur head to toe after wake up in the morning. Dont over strain ur eyes. Backache ~ u prep a few pillows when sleeping.... and find some yoga to ease the backache.
