Very bad backache

Hi mummies! Im having very bad backache. I can't sit, walk or even lie down. Tried to massage it but even a light touch, and it hurts. My gynea refuses to give me HL. He asked me to visit my GP. GP told me he can't do anything also. I'm out of MC. I still have 2 more months to go. What can I do? #1stimemom #pleasehelp

I go to a very good prenatal Physio at orchard health clinic and I feel that it manages pregnancy related aches and pains. They do deep tissue work in a pregnancy safe way.

have you tried chiropractor
