What is the most embarrassing thing you've done in front of your spouse?

Alot of mortifying things but if I had to choose, it would be when I first met his family and I couldn't differentiate between his mother and sister. I addressed the sister as his mom and it was just horrible because his sister is only in her 20s but she seriously looks like her mom who is in her mid 40s then.
