What kind of milk is good for the first trimester? Full cream milk? Skim? Soy milk? Almond milk? Has anyone tried Anmum Materna? I was told not to drink milk as it might make the baby grow big and I will have difficulty during labour.

Fresh full cream milk is ok if u felt healthy

I drank one cup per day for anmum materna instead of 2 cups. But recently they changed their milk formula to low fat milk. Should be fine?

Sorry to crash into this chat as I see a lot of mummies are taking fresh milk. My mother doesn't let me drink Cold drinks from the fridge even when I don't add any ice. Is it okay to drink fresh milk from the fridge? How often do you drink? Will the cold milk affect the baby's liver?
