What fruits would you recommend that I can prepare for my 1yo who goes to infantcare? I have been giving her dragonfruit, papaya and mangoes that I cut up at home in the morning. Because the portion for her is relatively small, I tend to have to finish the rest myself when cutting it up. Other fruits which I would love to give her tend to brown easily like avocados and apples... Please suggest!

squeeze a couple of drops of lemon or wash them with salt water and they will not turn brown so easily. :)
you can give baby bananas!
or you can also give berries(i like to give strawberries)

you can try squeeze lemon on top of the avocado & apple to prevent browning
