Fresh fruits are good. Canned/packed juices may have preservatives or added sugars, so best avoid them. If you can get fresh juices, then dragonfruit, orange, apple juices are good.
Fruit juice are just glucose, no fiber as the fiber are removed when juicing. Hence, it’s better to eat fruits than drinking fruit juice
Any fruit juices should be ok but maybe stick to old favorites like orange or apple juice
My doctor suggested papaya or apple!
I make honey water and put avocados in them!
