Today check up my hb drop from 11.3 to 9.9 Already take zinc tablet.. Is it maybe because less sleep at night? Huhu

Only one check? They never check again? They checked my hb before and it was above 15! Then they checked again and it was 12. So sometimes maybe machine error jugak.

Maybe the way you take it is not quite right.. some nurses tell you that you should take it before meal to really absorb the nutrients..

You should try similac mom and eat lots of fruits esp. guava.. it helped me maintain my hb between 11-13. Hope it helps..

My doc suggest to take maltofer. You can buy at pharmacy. Maltofer with chocolate flavor. ♥️
