Week 19 is quite early and many people don't even feel much movement at this point. If you're always moving around it's harder to feel movement plus baby is sleeping most of the time. You can try to lie down and relax at night, drink some cold water, just focus on your tummy and you may feel the movement.

19 weeks is still too early for consistent movement. The fetus is not viable anyway even if something is wrong.
