stop coffee,tea,chocolate,soft drinks or anything that contains caffeine(sacrifice it for just ur whole pregnancy). drink juices. eat all vitamins on empty stomach 2 hours before breakfast and 4hours gap before any consumption of milk(soy milk,cow milk,goats milk,almond milk,coconut milk,yogurt,ect.) or calcium. eat more green vege like broccoli,bayam and organ dalaman haiwan like hati ayam. try eating it at every meal.oats and almonds also seem to help alot.
