My Son loves to throw things away

My son (1 year 5month) currently love to throw away things on the table and to outside of the house as well (through sliding doors)..is it normal? He also like to scream around loudly without any particular reason..btw hes struggling to say a word..only the word 'Ma' to his mother

Mybe he is facing tantarum. Find a doctor to check out more. Unfortunately, my son 2yrs still cant say a word.
