Sapa kt sini gdm diet control...makin dekat nk bersalin makin asyk lapar je...??...xmkan takot gastrik...nk makn je takut gula tinggi...ada x MCM Sye??..korang makn apa ye kalau lapar n nk pastikan gula x tinggi?

Try makan ikut masa & jaga kuantiti carbo (this one kena tau cara kira but dont know how to explain 😅😅😅) Makan kena seimbang especially time bfast / lunch / dinner so tahan lama sikit tak rasa lapar. Cth, kalau mkn nasi kena ada protein, fat, sayur sebab membantu proses rendahkan gula at the same time rasa kenyang lama sikit. Snack time boleh amek biskut/roti. Bfast before 8am Snack 10:00-10:30am Lunch before 2pm Snack 4:00-4:30pm Dinner before 8pm Snack 10:00-10:30pm
