Should i take calcium pills or prenatal milk? Or both?

in took the pills everyday, occasionally drink prenatal milk, afraid baby too big if too much prenatal milk

Ya lo... i think so too. Now even i drink prenatal milk i lessen the scoops from 3 to 1.5

Im taking calcium pills. Coz i cant drink milk im lactose intolerant
