Exercise Regime
Hi all, can share your exercise regime during pregnancy? I haven't been hitting the gym ever since I found out abt my pregnancy at week 5. Doctor said no jumping and running. Feeling like a couch potato. ?

I seeked out a certified pre & post natal trainer for exercises and they worked really well. I continued hitting the gym with a few alterations to my workout after finding out I was pregnant.
Same here.. due to fatigue and whatnot. Though on days that i have the energy, i follow some zumba videos on youtube.
Me sometimes still hit the gym, do some squats and arm workouts, follow by treadmill.
Regular slow paced swims, and lots of walking
