Perineal spray

I would think those antiseptic + helps with pain one is good. The one my Gynae gave was quite good (forgot the name alr) but it’s not spray type. It in a bottle to be used with cotton ball. so maybe you can check if your gynae will give any? If she doesn’t, I think you can check at pharmacy (Nurses at mount A said the one my dr prescribed for me can be bought over the counter) or other common brand is Earth Mama perineal spray :)

I didn't use one... I had a natural birth.. guess it's nice to have, but not needed... anyway the hospital will provide a curacao spray for you to use.. so I don't think you actually need another spray..

I got them. I think is useful and refreshing. I got earth mama. You won’t regret. Is not very expensive anyway.

I didnt get them. My gynae prescribed me a an antiseptic spray and a gel medication to apply on my stitches.

My gynae perscribed antiseptic solution which i apply with a cotton ball. Did not use a spray
