Perineal spray

I would think those antiseptic + helps with pain one is good. The one my Gynae gave was quite good (forgot the name alr) but it’s not spray type. It in a bottle to be used with cotton ball. so maybe you can check if your gynae will give any? If she doesn’t, I think you can check at pharmacy (Nurses at mount A said the one my dr prescribed for me can be bought over the counter) or other common brand is Earth Mama perineal spray :)
