Hang in there! Mine was unbearable too, puked the moment i woke up. Even puked when i drank just plain water. Avoid eating spicy, oily and hard to digest food. Eat something light. If the puking is bad, try to have have plain crackers or sour plums. It will get better when you reach 2nd trimester. You may tell your gnae to ask for some medication to ease the puking. Take plenty of rest. Tell yourself, whatever you are going through now will be over soon. Each day, you are a step closer to seeing your LO.

Felt miserable everyday during the first trimester as I was vomiting so much everyday. Also felt like asking my husband to bring me to the hospital but I held on. If you feel like vomiting, vomit it out. You will feel better for a bit before the next “round”. For me it got better during second trimester and I felt a loooot better. Hope it’s the same for you!

Hang in there.. been through it and kept asking when it would end. Haha.. it WILL end. Eventually. Heh. But if you’re really dehydrated, please get warded if your gynae recommends that.

Hang in there. I am 14 weeks and still hanging too lol. Pre pregnancy is 55kg and now 48kg. I am too weak but everytime i throw up after 30mins to an hour i try to eat something at least.

Once second trimester should be okay but also depends on individual 😅 I lasted my headache for 5 months.

Hey Mum, Don't worry. It will be better with time. Do consult your gynae for some tips

It’s part and parcel of pregnancy. Just live one day at a time. It will get better
