First trimester and indigestion every night
My gynae didnt prescribe anything and say it’s normal. But this is not normal for me as I have to sigh quite often due to cant breathe properly. I felt so full on my upper stomach even tho I dont eat much. At night it’s even worse as I feel like vomiting. Help😩😩
I also have very bad indigestion since week 7. Always throw up gastric juice almost every night, never eat well until I lose weight. By 4pm, I can't function well usually. My gyn gave me a stronger dose of gaviscon only can buy from clinic and it doesn't helps for me. Now I am on another medication and I feel much better. Jiayou!! Today is Day 3 of me not eating the medication, see how long I can last without medication now. Last 2 weeks everyday on medication until I feel I'm sick of it.

Plain water and when needed to vomit/burp, ill ask husband to massage my back till I feel the urge to vomit. I dont depend on medication unless very very bad.
First pregnancy I had at first tri. Second pregnancy I had at third tri
Same! I'm not sure if mine is heartburn since I've not had it before. But I felt very bloated and uncomfortable after every meal. I asked doctor for probiotics. Also found that eating until I'm 3/4 full and not sitting or lying down immediately after meals helped.
It’s totally normal! The bloat for mine at first trimester is quite bad too and I have to keep taking deep breaths even from walking and wearing mask. It got better at second trimester for me :)
I have the same issue, but I supplement with peppermint/lemon/ginger eo to alleviate the bloated feeling. You can try sipping on hot milo before sleeping as this helps me. 😊
