eat when your hungry

Is it ok for me to let my Daughter (16 months) only eat when she's hungry? I am tired of the food power struggles

Why not? Infants or toddlers, we can always just let them eat/drink on demand :) They know when they're hungry and they're smart enough not to starve themselves, so just let them be - even as adults, we wouldn't eat when we're full!

I give whatever goes in his tummy. But reasonable food like proper food, during snack time maybe some treats like . As Long as they stay healthy amd eats moderately it should be ok

some days I do that too. I will still offer food and drinks and see if he wants. some days he prefer more fruits too.

yes perfectly ok! try leaving some healthy snacks around. so when she is hungry she would just grab herself to eat

Follow a meal routine is impt. Ok to give snacks / milk after meals if hungry.

It is up to you but just take note that in long run, this is not a solution.
