it is normal to have a coughe and fever symstoms? Does it effect my baby? and can i tske strepsil?

i think normal cz i had 3days on off fever in first trimester. i took strepsil too but read it or consult dr first. fever above 39celcius will affect baby so if u feel unwell best u go see dr. get a thermometer so u can monitor ur temp every now and then.thermometer also will be useful when u give birth later.its a good investment.
