Most toddlers should have a soft bowel movement every one to three days. Toddlers' poop patterns vary in frequency; it's not uncommon for a child to go twice a day, or once every two or three days, or even just once or twice a week.

4 times seems a bit too many times. Monitor and see if his poop becomes watery. In the meantime, give him probiotics and hydrate more.

4 times sounds a bit much, if it's not watery should be ok. Do consult the pd if you can.
If it is not watery then it shoudl be fine, better consult a doc
Don’t sound ok. Better give probiotics
