I walk ard daily, n go to the gym 4times a week and walk,jog, brisk walk on threadmil for 45mins to 1hour..
I try to walk. Can’t do any others as I will be breathless before I even barely started
Walks daily, once a week swimming moderate pace say half of what you usually do

I dun really exercise but does around 30 mins walk daily. :)
I normally do an hour of yoga in the evening
Walking daily is a good form of exercise

Maybe try brisk walking?
