Help! I wanna loose weight!!! (bf, 3 months pp)

Hi mummies!!!! Can share whats your daily diet and what type of exercise do you do and does wearing the corset really help? Pls, i need motivationnn!!!!!!! I wishi cn eat lesser but bf makes me hungry!!!! Plus i needa eat to produce milk. So idk what to dooooo!!!! Pls help. Thank you all!!!!

Can try snacking on healthier food? Like crackers, celery with peanut butter, yogurt, fruits etc. U can also try moving more. Maybe take baby out for a walk? Maybe can do a bit of strength training? More muscle, burns more calories! Losing weight is basically calories in < calories out. So move more, and consume lesser calories!
