Normal wireless bra will be better as wired bra are known to cause blocked ducts which can be really painful. To produce more milk, ensure plenty of fluid taken. When your body has enough liquid, it will be able to produce liquid too. Pump regularly to regulate supply

Whichever you feel comfortable. Most important is not to be feel constraint as breasts that are constraint will produce less milk.
