Confinement outfit

I dont have air conditioning 24/7 and i only have ceiling fans at home. I wear long pants and baggy tshirt with slippers for my feet. It depends where your staying. Fully air conditioned house is fine to wear long sleeve and long pants with socks. Its a must. But in my house, when i wore that the first week, i got hives soon after due to the heat and confinement food and supplements. I must really say that it depends on your environment 🤗

I hear it a lot too but i didnt. I only wore bedroom slippers around the house but outfit wise i wore a 3/4 sleeveless dress with zip/button so its easier to breastfeed baby. Sg is too hot to be so covered even with the aircon on.
