I think is ok so long as it’s not too spicy. I’m a mala lover too and still eating mala at 5 weeks. My sis (mom of 3) told me that too spicy will cause heart burn >< so probably just order xiao la?

i think it shouldnt be a problem but just eat moderate and make sure the food are cooked. also make sure your gastric are ok. else best to avoid spicy.

Still ok! I have been eating those too but it comes with acid reflux😂 so now I am trying to cut down on spicy food

anything is fine except for oysters. pls avoid that mummy.
