Any mummies have backache or neck/shoulder pain? What do you do to ease or relieve the aches? I have a two year old toddler. I suspect I must have strained my muscles by carrying my toddler.

I go for body massages about once a month, though it's not something many have the time to. You could try medical patches from Tiger Balm and Salonpas, but don't use them when you're with/carrying your toddler because there is a (very small) risk that they may be sensitive/affected by it :)

I get stiff shoulder and neck pain all the time. :( but luckily i get hubby to help me. It's really costly to go to the professionals for massage all the time.

i took vitamins mommy and Thanks God nawala na yung mga back pain ko, same tayu mi yung baby ko 2 years old din . anung mga vitamins tinitake mo mi?

How about getting your hubby to give you massage once in a while? It's great way to strengthen your relationship with your spouse as well. : )

yoga helps me greatly with all these aches and pains. else massage (just temporary relieve for me) and tcm (针灸)works for me. :)
