Hi mummies. Ftm here. I have difficulties sitting down or even walk aft giving birth. May i know how long does it takes for my wound to heal?
The most uncomfortable period is within the first 1-2 weeks for normal vaginal delivery, and 2-3 weeks for C-section mummies. If baby latches on for feeding, your womb will also contract, and that can be uncomfortable or even painful. This can be up to 8 weeks. Honestly, I only felt completely back to normal after about 3 months, though this is variable between mummies. But for the first few weeks, get all the help you can get, and be kind to yourself. Your body just went through a lot, and you need time to recover. Take care dear ❤️
Read moreDid you have normal birth or c-section? If c-section it will take 2-3 weeks to heal...if normal birth...usually 1 week...take the fish broth in bottle to help heal faster...
