Hi mummies. Ftm here. I have difficulties sitting down or even walk aft giving birth. May i know how long does it takes for my wound to heal?

Did you have normal birth or c-section? If c-section it will take 2-3 weeks to heal...if normal birth...usually 1 week...take the fish broth in bottle to help heal faster...
