Wasn’t myself all the way till 5th month, and one day, I just snapped out of it. I believe it’s all due to the hormones (least this is the only explanation I had) and the slightest thing could trigger me at any time of the day. Please try to be as positive as ever as our mood & thoughts interlinked with our small little one(s). We can be strong, both physically and mentally. 💕
It can be normal to feel blue throughout pregnancy due to various reasons like hormonal changes etc. However, if you think the depressive thoughts and feelings are getting more and stronger, and they are affecting your daily functioning despite intervention, it is a good idea to reach out to someone you trust and seek professional help.
