I just reach my second trimester

Is it normal to be feeling unwell and keep wanting to puke? I have not gotten any morning or night sickness before on my first trimester..

My nausea was worse in the 2nd trimester too. It’s normal. But there’s really good medicine available, so let your gynae prescribe you some

Thankyou for your reply! My appointment at the hospital will be next month . For the first time throughout this pregnancy, yesterday i ate panadol hoping to feel better but i ended up puking 15 min after and i felt like i was having heart burn. 🥴
