Hi mummies my boy is 15months currently and recently this 1 months his been sick for 3weeks cough n flu and he doesn't seems to have good apettite then before he refuses to eat porridge n noodles n even fruits which usually I will cook n made for him so tiring n sad sometimes afternoon he will just skip his lunch,any suggestion on what dishes or meal I can preparef for him,many thanks =)

As he is down with flu, usually their taste buds will be affected. I would focus on giving him mainly milk for now till he recovers from his flu. You can try giving him some honey water.

When the kids are down with flu I'll make chicken soup. Never fails to get them to eat.
