Hi mummies! Anyone knows if after c sect I can still sleep on my sides? Or I can only sleep on my back?
First few days sleep on the back due to the pain. Subsequently depends on your healing, if you no longer feel pain then slowly tilt to the sides to sleep :)
Starting i sleep on my back because i can feel the pain if i sleep sideway. Once the pain is not there can slowly sleep at the side.
I sleep on my back ... Not because of c-sect only but also to prevent boob leakage😂😂🤣🤣
