Postpartum Abdominal Belt (C-sect)

Hi Mummies.. just wondering, if C-section, after give birth can straight away use abdominal belt? I saw a few belts in shopee which says can use for C-sect.. if can use, how early to start using it? Anybody tried, is it painful? Can use the oils on tummy before putting on the belt? Asking in advance, cos most probably gonna give birth through C-sect😔#firstimemom

I had e c sect done last week. Gynae said if i want to i can wear binder immediately to help with walking around. Have been wearing it 24/7 since my surgery but that’s just my preference cos my tummy is almost back to pre pregnancy size at 1w pp now and i feel more comfortable and less pain walking/sitting with the binder on.

hi mummy, I delivered via E Csect on 18May. I used it on the day of discharge to help support my wound so I can walk more properly. After which, I wear when half a day daily. really helps a lot

Im not sure abt this but some people who can tahan after 2 weeks already use.. the best u ask yr doctor.. i just gave birth 6 may , when u due?

U can keep it or tanam either way also can.. just jgn buat benda yg tk patut laa that what i know..alhamdulillah congrats , waa so fast da tanggal tali pusat nya.. 20 may was suppose to be my due date but den 6 may laa kn coz i nya da open 1cm before that.. Jaga pantang jaga makan ok.. hope u heal well.. hospital tkkn ambik tali pusat.. mine tk tau mane pergi i keep in the tissue rasew terbuang laa kn hahaha
