Hi mummies. Am 10wks now. Had been bleeding for 3 wks no clots. Bleeding takes up abt 4inch of a pad everyday. Went for scan on my 8th wk but doc said baby was abt 5 wks gestation hence can’t detect heartbeat as its too small.. am confused. This is my second pregnancy
