Bleeding threatened miscarriage

Hi mummies. Am 10wks now. Had been bleeding for 3 wks no clots. Bleeding takes up abt 4inch of a pad everyday. Went for scan on my 8th wk but doc said baby was abt 5 wks gestation hence can’t detect heartbeat as its too small.. am confused. This is my second pregnancy

I'm not trying to scare u but I had my mc at 10wks, first baby, had bad cramps and bleeding no clot days before my checkup, doct said my baby reduced size means it has slowly left. No heartbeat too was found. It was a sad experience but now I have two healthy children and one more coming.
