Bleeding in 1st trimester
Is bleeding in 1st trimester normal?i did go to kkh but they didn't say anything abt the bleeding,they only say that they can see the baby tissue as I'm currently 6wks 5days pregnant.And the baby is too small and no heartbeat is detect

Bleeding is not normal during pregnancy while spotting is common. At 6 wks, some parents can already see their tiny bub, some cannot. And some can hear the heartbeat, some cannot. Wait for another scan. Do bed rest as much as you can especially in the 1st trimester

I had first bleeding when I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I was give med and jab to stabilised the pregnancy.
